Fluid requirements

Our bodies need fluid to be able to transport essential vital substances to the cells. A daily intake of 2,5 to 10 liters of fluid, depending on the climate and the degree of physical exertion, improves the absorption of active substances and nutrients and prevents loss of performance. A 2% loss in fluid can result in a 20% loss of performance.
