General terms of business for the homepage

1.) General
The following general terms of business are valid for all contracts, deliveries and other services. Peeroton will not recognize conditions of order or service that deviate from these.

The law of the republic of Austria is exclusively applicable for all contracts, deliveries and other services.

2.) Offer
Small deviations and technical changes might occur in comparison to our pictures or descriptions. The current catalogue ceases to be valid when a new version is released.

3.) Delivery and payment
Peeroton's conditions of delivery and payment are described in more detail in the order form. A minimum order quantity does not apply. All our prices include statutory taxes. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, insofar as this could result in a quicker fulfillment. Special methods of delivery requested by our customers will attract the normal extra charges.

4.) Delivery times
Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 72 hours. Peeroton assumes no liability for problems in transport. If goods are not in stock we will endeavor to deliver these as soon as possible. Where we are unable to adhere to a delivery or service deadline due to force majeure, industrial dispute, unforeseeable impediments or other circumstances beyond our control, the deadline will be extended appropriately.

5.) Reservation of ownership
Goods remain the property of Peeroton until payment has been made in full.

6.) Assignment of debt forbidden
Debts in respect of Peeroton may not be assigned.

7.) Setting off of debt forbidden
The purchaser may not cancel his obligations in respect of Peeroton by setting them off, unless he is a consumer in the context of the KSchG (Kündigungsschutzgesetz  - Protection Against Unlawful Dismissal Act) and Peeroton recognizes an inability to pay, and this claim was determined by a court of law or accepted by Peeroton.

8.) Guarantee
The provisions in law are valid.

9.) Damages
Peeroton is not obliged to make good a loss caused by Peeroton or an agent of Peeroton, unless this loss was caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

10.) Data storage
Peeroton points out that necessary data is processed and stored by means of an IT system within the context of this business transaction. Personal data is of course treated confidentially.
